Hard and soft shell with shredded chicken, beef, or shrimp, sour cream, shredded cheeses, queso, cilantro, diced onions and tomatoes, black olives, and pickled red onion

Japanese Sushi Boat

17 separate roll selections all included. California roll, rainbow roll, veggie roll, spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, spicy crawfish roll, VIP roll, and many more displayed in wooded sushi boats. Served with ginger and wasabi

Casserole station

Squash and zucchini, sweet potato, lobster mac and cheese, pimento cheese and chicken, spinach artichoke with parmesan cheese

Deep South grit station

Stone ground grits with shredded cheddar, pepper jack and smoked Gouda cheeses, hickory smoked bacon, chopped smoked sausage, diced scallions and diced tomatoes

Low Country Boil & Steamed Oysters

A true Southern tradition! If a low boil fits your event theme we can handle that for you. Boils are very versatile with the options of shrimp, crawfish, crab, smoked sausage or steamed oysters with melted garlic butter. Great for large events!

*Terms and policies-

We price each menu separately so once you have selected your options we will send a formal quote with full pricing. We do not itemize. Our pricing is done per plate. Services covered will be listed. A 25% deposit is required to hold an event date. Full payment is due 7 days prior to event date. A contract will be sent to be signed detailing menu and setup.
